Signature Scent Shop – Return & Refund Policy

At Signature Scent Shop, each perfume sample and decant is carefully prepared, labeled, and inspected before shipping. Because our fragrance samples are filled to order, all sales are final, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an item has shipped.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Personal fragrance preferences (“I don’t like the scent”)

  • Used or opened items

  • Incorrectly chosen sizes (1 mL, 2 mL, 3 mL, etc.)

We encourage all customers to read scent descriptions carefully before purchasing, as fragrance experiences are subjective.


💥 Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

📧 Email returns@signaturescentshop.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item(s) and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll gladly replace damaged items or issue store credit if a replacement isn’t available.


📦 Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been prepared for shipment. Once your order has entered the fulfillment stage, it cannot be canceled.


🕯 Exceptions

Full-sized bottles (if offered) may be eligible for return only if they remain sealed, unused, and in original packaging.
