Originally launched in 1984 and created by perfumer Jacques Polge, COCO was inspired by Gabrielle Chanel’s love of Venetian style and the baroque, and became the first women’s fragrance created by Polge for CHANEL. The Eau de Toilette is a lighter interpretation of COCO’s signature richness. It opens with mandarin, followed by a floral heart centered on jasmine absolute and ylang-ylang, while Indonesian patchouli gives the drydown its warm, elegant depth.
